- Hide the free-form "Budget (credits)" field for fixed-cost campaign types
(Featured = day-slot priced, Verified visits = flat pack) where spend is derived.
- Overview "Recent payouts" gets a "full history ->" link to the Earnings pane,
which already lists every on-chain payout/referral/purchase with verify links
(it just wasn't discoverable from the Overview mini-chart).
