v1 video: bottom-align the two pay-card buttons

The two cards had different body-text lengths, so the CTA pills sat at
different heights. Made .card a flex column and pushed .pill to the
bottom (margin-top:auto), so both buttons align. Re-encoded over the
same /v/ filename.
