Add Premium vs. Standard tier explainer to /how-pay-works
Preempts the "why did an amount come in smaller?" question (hit live with Standard-tier #46): a clear card with a Premium/Standard amount table, that tier is permanent (upgrading advances level not tier), and the team play of joining Premium so the whole leg pays full value. Layer 3's Culmen payment only stops at you if you're at Culmen — otherwise it passes up to the next eligible position.
Every figure on this page is shown at the Premium tier — the tier our whole team builds at. The contract also has a Standard tier that costs about half to enter and, in exchange, pays and earns half as much at every level. So if a payment ever lands smaller than the diagram shows, it's almost always because it came from a Standard-tier position below you.
