Manson narrowed the ask to five: how the team build works, joining on the site, joining in the dApp, your level is your reach, and the textbook play. Those five now carry English, Italian, French and Spanish caption tracks. The other fifteen training videos are deliberately untouched. Languages are the top three by real demand from the translation cache rather than by instinct. German still outranks Portuguese there by more than double, which is worth settling before adding a fourth. Captions stay off for an English reader and switch on automatically for anyone who already picked a language with the globe button, so this rides the choice members have made rather than adding a second one. Disclaimer language came through intact in all three, checked by hand because a softened "no income is guaranteed" is a compliance problem rather than a typo: Nessun reddito e garantito / Aucun revenu n'est garanti / No se garantizan ingresos. A native-speaker read of those specific lines is still worth having before this is promoted anywhere. qa/captions-e2e.mjs now discovers the captioned players from training.html instead of a hardcoded list, so it cannot drift as videos are added, and it reads the parsed cues back out of each player: 91 assertions covering content type, cue counts, the right track showing per language, English never showing alongside, and a guard against a track that is really English wearing a foreign label. 1

00:00:01.140 --> 00:00:03.140
I want to show you a position on our team,
mine.
2
00:00:03.700 --> 00:00:07.760
Not to impress you, to show you the play I
teach everybody run exactly by the book.
3
00:00:09.500 --> 00:00:11.220
One entry funded out of pocket.
4
00:00:11.680 --> 00:00:13.580
That was the last time my pocket was
involved.
5
00:00:14.020 --> 00:00:16.920
From there, every payment that landed
stayed.
6
00:00:17.400 --> 00:00:19.480
I didn't spend the catches, I climbed with
them.
7
00:00:21.340 --> 00:00:22.420
That's the whole discipline.
8
00:00:22.780 --> 00:00:25.820
A catch at your level is exactly the price
of your next level.
9
00:00:26.520 --> 00:00:29.040
The contract is built that way to the
penny.
10
00:00:29.720 --> 00:00:32.360
So each time money landed, it bought the
next rung.
11
00:00:32.520 --> 00:00:35.080
Ascensus, Fabrica, Coleman.
12
00:00:37.000 --> 00:00:38.120
And here's the honest part.
13
00:00:38.560 --> 00:00:40.840
On the way up, payments passed over
people.
14
00:00:41.300 --> 00:00:42.880
Not punishment, mechanics.
15
00:00:43.420 --> 00:00:47.220
A payment only stops at a position that's
qualified and level to catch it.
16
00:00:47.700 --> 00:00:49.760
Standing still has a quiet cost.
17
00:00:51.620 --> 00:00:54.420
This week, a member five layers down
reached Apex.
18
00:00:55.140 --> 00:00:59.220
His payment skipped four positions and
stopped at mine because mine was
19
00:00:59.280 --> 00:01:00.280
positioned.
20
00:01:00.360 --> 00:01:04.200
It funded my own Apex the same hour, in
and up.
21
00:01:04.720 --> 00:01:06.380
The book played as written.
22
00:01:08.340 --> 00:01:09.560
Where does that leave the position?
23
00:01:09.880 --> 00:01:14.440
Everything it ever paid in has come back
with thousands of POL on top.
24
00:01:15.260 --> 00:01:18.820
And the deeper catches it's now positioned
for haven't even formed yet.
25
00:01:19.880 --> 00:01:21.440
Patience and consistency.
26
00:01:22.160 --> 00:01:25.260
That's the entire secret, and it's boring,
and it works.
27
00:01:27.140 --> 00:01:31.280
If you're on the team and you're sitting
still, the next wave is already forming
28
00:01:31.320 --> 00:01:33.620
below you, and positioning is still open.
29
00:01:34.200 --> 00:01:35.220
Open your dashboard.
30
00:01:35.660 --> 00:01:39.740
The pipeline panel shows exactly what's
building underneath you and the rung you
31
00:01:39.780 --> 00:01:40.780
need to catch it.
32
00:01:41.080 --> 00:01:42.120
Or ask your sponsor.
33
00:01:42.580 --> 00:01:45.240
Either way, the answer is probably already
sitting in your wallet.
